poor customer service My daughter was charged £24.75 to get the payment for the car for the next day but it took 4 days to pay her for the car with this charge added and despite promises from the lady in Banbury to refund the £24.75, we still haven't received this amount. I have emailed and phoned customer services but received a standard email which was not at all helpful. Very disappointed with a national company whose TV adverts gloss over problems like these.

they gave evaluation for GBP4000 and… they gave evaluation for GBP4000 and for minor scratches and normal wear and tear reduced the price to GBP2000. even the guy was evaluating the car he knows I would say NOOO
