USCustomer Support Fail Absolutely zero communication regarding shipping of the product after almost a month of waiting for receipt, basically amounting to theft of money at this point. Still holding to be passed to USPS for delivery, and no response with regards to inquiries about the delay or expected delivery time. Contacted via email and WhatsApp, only to have those messages disappear into the void. I absolutely *will not* order from this company again, and suggest that you do not either. To the Company: emails to "hi AT carluex DOT store", and WhatsApp messages to (213) 301-2742, are garnering NO RESPONSE. Please check *your* avenues of communication to make sure they are still active, and provide more assistance than the canned, non-helpful generic "email/message us" response. Order # CARLUEX3082 04/27 - still no change in status. This company cares about nothing short of getting your money.

CAThe product arrived today well… The product arrived today well packaged. Small and robust design. But honestly the Carluex pro+ have some flaws too which I did not expect based on what the website claimed during demo video. There is considerable amount of lag in video and also the resolution is not close to HD. YouTube videos are jittery even on Wi-Fi connection.The interface is slow in response on the head unit of the car. Rebooted to device but still not much difference. Calls made using the interface also showed few seconds delay in transmission to the called person. The product either needs a firmware update or fix or higher processing power. Not impressed.

GBKEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Got my carluex air 2nd April 2024 no user manual not a good start so i contacted support told me to update the unit updating the unit doesn't give you a user manual eventually got it all set up on the same day all loojed good youtube working sndriod auto working all seems ok then i go for a drive then it starts disconecting when driving having to stop all the time to get it all set back up then ot starts overheating so on the 3rd April 2024 i asked for return address still one week later and several emails no return address when they do reply all they say is update it i want to return it becouse its faulty and they won't give return address kerp away from this company unless you like to chuck money away because thats all you will do and customer care is no help at all i have asked my bank to intervene and my payment has been frozen

GBGreat addition to Ford Sync 3 I purchased this to add wireless functionality to my Ford Kuga’s Sync 3. It was simple to install and seamless in use with no drop in performance in terms of lag or audio quality. Fits perfectly within the armrest and so is not even noticeable when in use. Very impressed and will be letting others know about this product

USWarranty NOT honored I am a very frustrated early adopter of the PRO. Now I find that the company is not supporting it any more and is telling me I should pay full price for the PRO+. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CANNOT RECOMMEND PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY. The firmware Quality Assurance process seems to be non-existent. Several problems. 1. After a firmware upgrade the sim card doesn't seem to be read and therefore the location and weather always reflect China not my location. Used to work fine. Support says they do not work any more. ???? Really ???? 2. I am in the US. We use mph not kmh. So I changed my device to reflect mph. Now it says mph but still measures the speed in kmh. My speed is 60 mph and the device shows 100. Every time I send a request to support they tell me how to switch to mph but not actually address the problem. 3. I cannot get the device to read the memory card except to do the firmware upgrade. When I put some files on there, it just does not see them. 4. I tried the remote to enter credentials on YouTube and other services. Ridiculously difficult to control and to manage (my car does not have a touch screen) 5. After the latest firmware update, the device constantly disconnects while I am driving. Either Carluex will disconnect completely and eventually reconnect. Sometimes it doesn't connect again. Or it will disconnect the phone, frequently when I am using the phone to navigate. The latest problem is that it doesn't start at all when I turn the car on. I have to disconnect and reconnect it to get it going again. There are other problems that annoying by not critical. For instance, you can choose your background. I did. And it stayed for the duration I was driving. Then when I get in the car to drive again, it switches back to the default background. When I go back to choose the one I want, I find it is already chosen but doesn't show it until I switch again. So basically, I have to go through the process of choosing the background every time. Annoying ... why did they make that available if I have to choose it again and again. Trivial but annoying. All this points out the severe lack of quality assurance and testing of the software before releasing it. I have complained several times and asked for help. They take forever to answer and usually don't have a clear explanation. On the web site, they do not support the PRO model any more and they have switched to the PRO+. Lately they have just ignored me and not replied to the WhatsApp or to email. I asked support to send me the PRO+ as a replacement since I was an early adopter like many on kickstarter. They have a one year warranty. It was our money that pushed them to finish production of the product. Anyway, the answer I got was to buy the PRO+ from the site and they will give me $20 discount --- $20 ????? Really??? I spent $200 and I have no assurance that the PRO+ would work. They would not even credit the $200 to the price of the PRO+. They just expect me to spend more money on this at full price--more or less. I can find devices on amazon for under $100 to handle the CarPlay. This is not a reputable company unfortunately. And this is the nature of investing in startups like this. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CANNOT RECOMMEND PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY. I had several chats with support to help me and to negotiate a price for the PRO+ but they will not budge. I am very sad to have to post this negative review.
