USTrouble with Return I bought some rotors which were warped out of the box. Their policy is to have Firestone or Pep Boys do a brake inspection. I went to 2 Firestone and 3 Pep Boys. None of them had the machine or working machinery to confirm that the rotors were warped. I bought new rotors from NAPA and they work great. I offered to send them my receipt from NAPA. I'm cutting my losses and next time I'll order from a place that takes the product without hassle.

USGarbage parts Garbage parts. Garbage company. No refunds if they send you defective rotors and you actually put them on the car to find out that they are defective because I used them. What else am I suppose to do? Send them to a machine shop first to see if they actually made them correctly? Plus the brake pads were the noisiest pars ive ever seen in my life. Stay away from this company.
