Love their product but my shop will… Love their product but my shop will never do business with them again. I ordered 10 LED Bluetooth Whip Lights from these guys after waiting over a month as they were back ordered - they sent me the 10 but I immediately contacted them upon receipt as they send me remote control units instead of the Bluetooth lights I ordered. They sent me the correct item the next day to make it right and I returned to them all 10 units (I even covered the return shipping cost on my dime) Now they are charging my credit card a 15% restocking fee - FOR THEIR MISTAKE of shipping the wrong items!! Can you imagine? I tried communicating with them and they told me tough luck - so now I have to do a chargeback with my credit card company.

Don’t ever buy from this company Don’t ever buy from this company, they are lairs they sent a broken hood for my jeep and after 6 months of running after them and they didn’t refund my money and didn’t “find any solution”. Basically stole my money. Don’t buy from this company trust me. Do yourself favor and pay more for a different company. Also bad quality.

Fantastic!!!!!!!!! Love it! Shipping was a bit worrisome but probably because I’m impatient. The hood got here, we unpacked it and it was, “PERFECT”! It took about an hour to install! Super easy swap! And it looks FANTASTIC!

Make it right! After ordering grab handles for my son for his birthday all the parts were not included. I know people make mistakes but after several attempts to get it right, y’all sending the wrong parts twice and my son installing the grab bars you want him to ship them back. Just send him the right grab bar!

False advertised prices Be careful, this company has unethical practices. I bid $439 on this in ebay and won a the only bidder. When I went to pay, I was unable because they canceled the item stating it was because I did, which I didn't. So I decide to go to their direct Xprite website and bought it there for $509 and paid for it. The site and checkout state free shipping but 2 days later they call me to set up shipping payment of $125. They state it was suppose to list shipping charges but they made a mistake . The shipping helps bring it to a price they really want as evident of the average price all over Amazon, ebay etc. It's basically a bait and switch so be careful because prices are not what the appear.
