USFlag whips I bought 2 flag pole whips.after approx few months one of the poles snapped in the middle I did not strike anything. I called the xprite customer service number and explained to them what happened and sent picture. The women I talked to was great and very polite,she said that they would consider replacing it.3 days later I received a new one in the mail wow what service. I would recommend this product and company to everyone. great job. Joe

PTOrdered after an online chat - but how pointless was that ? Ordered after an online chat - the rear lights do not fit due to incorrect connections - when I contacted them, the reply was "our tail lights are meant for US only not for international vehicles". Well they knew this whilst on the online chat and still sent them to me, saying nothing, they were supposedly plug and go! Very very poor - sometimes you feel you are being laughed at :(

USLove their product but my shop will… Love their product but my shop will never do business with them again. I ordered 10 LED Bluetooth Whip Lights from these guys after waiting over a month as they were back ordered - they sent me the 10 but I immediately contacted them upon receipt as they send me remote control units instead of the Bluetooth lights I ordered. They sent me the correct item the next day to make it right and I returned to them all 10 units (I even covered the return shipping cost on my dime) Now they are charging my credit card a 15% restocking fee - FOR THEIR MISTAKE of shipping the wrong items!! Can you imagine? I tried communicating with them and they told me tough luck - so now I have to do a chargeback with my credit card company.

MXloose screws its the second item i buy from Xprite usa, the first one its in good condition, te second one, has 2 lose screws in the clear shell, its works good, but that screws are for some part that now are lose.

USGreat product but the return calls… Great product but the return calls department is kinda lacking. Still haven’t received the correct part.....keep getting the wrong cable
