GBDon't be misled by their "no hassle returns" and product reviews They advertise free size exchanges - yet when you need to do so they instruct you to return the items - AT YOUR OWN COST AND TIME and re-order. They don't even offer a return label. Women's motorcycle jacket rated as their best seller was garbage and sized three sizes too small. I called about the return and to attempt to exchange boots for a different size and style and in the end was told I was making things difficult by JEFF after expressing frustration with the hassle filled "no hassle return" policy. Ended up spending an hour researching returns and will pay 22.00 to return the items. Ordered boots from Cyclegear instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBQuality customer service, The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days). Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!

GBCustomer Care I ordered a blue bungee/cargo net for my motorcycle trips. I received a black one instead. I notified customer care just to let them know about the mistake. They quickly sent out the correct color and let me keep the wrong one I had received as well. Although the wrong item would still be fine with me, they made it right without question. I will continue to do business with Jafrum as well as recommend them to all my biker friends.

GBSo I bought a vest and gloves neither… So I bought a vest and gloves neither of them fit, I went through there return protocol, my return was approved. I tracked the package was received back to them on 1/31 received by a person inside, haha well here we are almost 2/20 and still no refund. I keep getting emails that they are working on it bla bla bla now I get another email saying give it 3 more days. Sorry Jafrum how you handle customer returns and refunds, has caused you to lose a customer and I will be passing on the word to my other motorcycle friends. Customer service needs a lot of work..
