GBQuality customer service, The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days). Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!

GBPurchased a Leather Jacket and Chaps, went to the store in Charlotte! WOW! Nice people and great stuff at very reasonable prices, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND JAFRUM!! Purchase Jacket online, was too small, returned and then I went to Florida on vacation, I returned thru Charlotte and stopped at Jafrum, WOW! nice people, great deals, bought a pair of Chaps while I was there. And got the Jacket that I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAFRUM!!
