GBThey're just out for a quick buck. After 2 purchases through them, I can pretty much confidently say that they're the worst quality motorcycle company i have ever dealt with. Not only did they make me wait 2 and a half weeks to get my helmet through them, but they also manufacture their own line of products and i cannot stress to stay away from them anymore. I purchased one of their chaps and am very disappointed to say that you can't rely on them. The zipper pocket on the chaps is so unreliable that I lost my house keys and some pocket change. Don't let the low price and big promises fool you, they're nothing but a sham company that doesn't care about quality. Jafrum is the reason why I believe in buying quality gear now, shell out a extra few bucks and avoid the hassle.

GBDefective Products - Cheap Crap from CHINA I ordered 2 Battery tenders to maintain my bikes over the winter...from all indications(the indicator light), everything was charging, and even indicated fully charges after a couple days. Unfortunately, when I attempted to start my bikes, both batteries were not holding enough charge to turn the motors over... I put a volt meter to both New battery tenders and got readings of `0'. Now it s over their 60 day return period and I they tell me I am out of luck... My bad - If it's too good to be true (Jafrum's prices), it usually is! Now I looked for reviews on this company, and surprise, surprise, most reviews are negative! STAY AWAY FROM JAFRUM!

GBI will never do business with these … I will never do business with these idiots again! I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would ship the next day. After a week the email people said they would ship from another location. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Has not happened. 11 calls to customer service. I am researching a lawsuit.

GBTHE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST! Excellent customer service "Old School" shop they still remember it's the customer that makes their business. Oh and it helps to have great products at reasonable prices thrown in with great service. 5 BY 5 you can't go wrong.

GBNever, ever purchase from Jafrum! I’ve been a long time customer of Jafrum, and I have seen this company go down the tubes in customer service. Three times now I have returned an item, at my expense, which is their return policy, meaning you pay return shipping. Twice I had to contact them after a couple weeks went by and push them to get my refund processed, basically doing their job for them. Once they just “lost” the item, a helmet by the way, and after fighting with them for literally months, they said sorry and not only never provided my refund, but never even offered a discount or something like that. I had proof of delivery from USPS by the way or all three items. Never again. This company sucks. Don’t waste your money.
