GBDefective Products - Cheap Crap from CHINA I ordered 2 Battery tenders to maintain my bikes over the winter...from all indications(the indicator light), everything was charging, and even indicated fully charges after a couple days. Unfortunately, when I attempted to start my bikes, both batteries were not holding enough charge to turn the motors over... I put a volt meter to both New battery tenders and got readings of `0'. Now it s over their 60 day return period and I they tell me I am out of luck... My bad - If it's too good to be true (Jafrum's prices), it usually is! Now I looked for reviews on this company, and surprise, surprise, most reviews are negative! STAY AWAY FROM JAFRUM!

GBNEVER AGAIN!! NEVER AGAIN!!! What a joke, I ordered a pair of jeans. Sent them back due to fit. They confirmed receipt In MAY. NO REFUND. Round and round I go with the "support" dept. They say the refund went to my bank. No such transaction. I asked for a transaction record of the credit. Crickets

GBDon't be misled by their "no hassle returns" and product reviews They advertise free size exchanges - yet when you need to do so they instruct you to return the items - AT YOUR OWN COST AND TIME and re-order. They don't even offer a return label. Women's motorcycle jacket rated as their best seller was garbage and sized three sizes too small. I called about the return and to attempt to exchange boots for a different size and style and in the end was told I was making things difficult by JEFF after expressing frustration with the hassle filled "no hassle return" policy. Ended up spending an hour researching returns and will pay 22.00 to return the items. Ordered boots from Cyclegear instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBHope you don't have to return anything Ordered 1x rain suit for my husband. Rec'd 1x jacket but 3x pants. Fought to get return shipping label. Finally got it and returned, but jafrum says post office never delivered despite being "out for delivery". After weeks of explaining they need to file a claim with post office sine they paid shipping, they finally issued a refund to me but didn't refund the original shipping charges after THEY shipped mismatched size. Now, 5 weeks later fighting to get that back too. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to!
