GBHope you don't have to return anything Ordered 1x rain suit for my husband. Rec'd 1x jacket but 3x pants. Fought to get return shipping label. Finally got it and returned, but jafrum says post office never delivered despite being "out for delivery". After weeks of explaining they need to file a claim with post office sine they paid shipping, they finally issued a refund to me but didn't refund the original shipping charges after THEY shipped mismatched size. Now, 5 weeks later fighting to get that back too. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to!

She made sure the helmets Me and my daughter were looking at fit correctly,and went back and forth from the back to show us merchandise with a smile! And also was very knowledgeable! GBI will never do business with these … I will never do business with these idiots again! I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would ship the next day. After a week the email people said they would ship from another location. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Has not happened. 11 calls to customer service. I am researching a lawsuit.

GBSo I bought a vest and gloves neither… So I bought a vest and gloves neither of them fit, I went through there return protocol, my return was approved. I tracked the package was received back to them on 1/31 received by a person inside, haha well here we are almost 2/20 and still no refund. I keep getting emails that they are working on it bla bla bla now I get another email saying give it 3 more days. Sorry Jafrum how you handle customer returns and refunds, has caused you to lose a customer and I will be passing on the word to my other motorcycle friends. Customer service needs a lot of work..

GBNever, ever purchase from Jafrum! I’ve been a long time customer of Jafrum, and I have seen this company go down the tubes in customer service. Three times now I have returned an item, at my expense, which is their return policy, meaning you pay return shipping. Twice I had to contact them after a couple weeks went by and push them to get my refund processed, basically doing their job for them. Once they just “lost” the item, a helmet by the way, and after fighting with them for literally months, they said sorry and not only never provided my refund, but never even offered a discount or something like that. I had proof of delivery from USPS by the way or all three items. Never again. This company sucks. Don’t waste your money.
