Purchased a Leather Jacket and Chaps, went to the store in Charlotte! WOW! Nice people and great stuff at very reasonable prices, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND JAFRUM!! Purchase Jacket online, was too small, returned and then I went to Florida on vacation, I returned thru Charlotte and stopped at Jafrum, WOW! nice people, great deals, bought a pair of Chaps while I was there. And got the Jacket that I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAFRUM!!

Customer Care I ordered a blue bungee/cargo net for my motorcycle trips. I received a black one instead. I notified customer care just to let them know about the mistake. They quickly sent out the correct color and let me keep the wrong one I had received as well. Although the wrong item would still be fine with me, they made it right without question. I will continue to do business with Jafrum as well as recommend them to all my biker friends.

So I bought a vest and gloves neither… So I bought a vest and gloves neither of them fit, I went through there return protocol, my return was approved. I tracked the package was received back to them on 1/31 received by a person inside, haha well here we are almost 2/20 and still no refund. I keep getting emails that they are working on it bla bla bla now I get another email saying give it 3 more days. Sorry Jafrum how you handle customer returns and refunds, has caused you to lose a customer and I will be passing on the word to my other motorcycle friends. Customer service needs a lot of work..

Hope you don't have to return anything Ordered 1x rain suit for my husband. Rec'd 1x jacket but 3x pants. Fought to get return shipping label. Finally got it and returned, but jafrum says post office never delivered despite being "out for delivery". After weeks of explaining they need to file a claim with post office sine they paid shipping, they finally issued a refund to me but didn't refund the original shipping charges after THEY shipped mismatched size. Now, 5 weeks later fighting to get that back too. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to!

They're just out for a quick buck. After 2 purchases through them, I can pretty much confidently say that they're the worst quality motorcycle company i have ever dealt with. Not only did they make me wait 2 and a half weeks to get my helmet through them, but they also manufacture their own line of products and i cannot stress to stay away from them anymore. I purchased one of their chaps and am very disappointed to say that you can't rely on them. The zipper pocket on the chaps is so unreliable that I lost my house keys and some pocket change. Don't let the low price and big promises fool you, they're nothing but a sham company that doesn't care about quality. Jafrum is the reason why I believe in buying quality gear now, shell out a extra few bucks and avoid the hassle.
