GBI will never do business with these … I will never do business with these idiots again! I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would ship the next day. After a week the email people said they would ship from another location. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Has not happened. 11 calls to customer service. I am researching a lawsuit.

GBNever, ever purchase from Jafrum! I’ve been a long time customer of Jafrum, and I have seen this company go down the tubes in customer service. Three times now I have returned an item, at my expense, which is their return policy, meaning you pay return shipping. Twice I had to contact them after a couple weeks went by and push them to get my refund processed, basically doing their job for them. Once they just “lost” the item, a helmet by the way, and after fighting with them for literally months, they said sorry and not only never provided my refund, but never even offered a discount or something like that. I had proof of delivery from USPS by the way or all three items. Never again. This company sucks. Don’t waste your money.

GBThey're just out for a quick buck. After 2 purchases through them, I can pretty much confidently say that they're the worst quality motorcycle company i have ever dealt with. Not only did they make me wait 2 and a half weeks to get my helmet through them, but they also manufacture their own line of products and i cannot stress to stay away from them anymore. I purchased one of their chaps and am very disappointed to say that you can't rely on them. The zipper pocket on the chaps is so unreliable that I lost my house keys and some pocket change. Don't let the low price and big promises fool you, they're nothing but a sham company that doesn't care about quality. Jafrum is the reason why I believe in buying quality gear now, shell out a extra few bucks and avoid the hassle.

GB3 months- still no refund! I ordered jacket below Nov 2017, but it was too big. I have been trying to get a refund since. Jafrum customer service does not answer, but has returned calls when leaving a voice mail. However, regardless of what they say - it has yet to become fact! Also, contact through Jafrum.com site is nothing but a rat race with no cheese! It has been 3 months & when I do speak to customer service - the "Priority" placed on my refund seems to have no effect to the actual happening. Very frustrated & while I will continue my refund request with Jafrum, I will seek ways to post my dissatisfaction of poor customer service/refund for all to heed by. GBQuality customer service, The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days). Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!
