GBNever, ever purchase from Jafrum! I’ve been a long time customer of Jafrum, and I have seen this company go down the tubes in customer service. Three times now I have returned an item, at my expense, which is their return policy, meaning you pay return shipping. Twice I had to contact them after a couple weeks went by and push them to get my refund processed, basically doing their job for them. Once they just “lost” the item, a helmet by the way, and after fighting with them for literally months, they said sorry and not only never provided my refund, but never even offered a discount or something like that. I had proof of delivery from USPS by the way or all three items. Never again. This company sucks. Don’t waste your money.

GBSo I bought a vest and gloves neither… So I bought a vest and gloves neither of them fit, I went through there return protocol, my return was approved. I tracked the package was received back to them on 1/31 received by a person inside, haha well here we are almost 2/20 and still no refund. I keep getting emails that they are working on it bla bla bla now I get another email saying give it 3 more days. Sorry Jafrum how you handle customer returns and refunds, has caused you to lose a customer and I will be passing on the word to my other motorcycle friends. Customer service needs a lot of work..

I actually have had the sale rep. stop me to show me a item that was more affordable than the 1 I was looking at; explaining to me the more expensive 1 had features I wasn't looking for and the 1 he found was perfect with No less quality, Thanks Jafrum for caring about all aspects of Customer Satisfaction. We don't find this service everywhere, Thanks, JAFRUM!

GBTHE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST! Excellent customer service "Old School" shop they still remember it's the customer that makes their business. Oh and it helps to have great products at reasonable prices thrown in with great service. 5 BY 5 you can't go wrong.
