GBDefective Products - Cheap Crap from CHINA I ordered 2 Battery tenders to maintain my bikes over the winter...from all indications(the indicator light), everything was charging, and even indicated fully charges after a couple days. Unfortunately, when I attempted to start my bikes, both batteries were not holding enough charge to turn the motors over... I put a volt meter to both New battery tenders and got readings of `0'. Now it s over their 60 day return period and I they tell me I am out of luck... My bad - If it's too good to be true (Jafrum's prices), it usually is! Now I looked for reviews on this company, and surprise, surprise, most reviews are negative! STAY AWAY FROM JAFRUM!

GBQuality customer service, The only problem was shipping took longer than expected due to the item coming from another warehouse and it wasn't explained on website (approximately 7 days). Customer service was very helpful and polite and handled all of my problems well. Top notch!

GBDo not order from here. Ordered a vest on the 1st of Janurary. Tried canceling it the next day, they told me they never had an order from me. Gave them an invoice number AND an order number and they still said they had nothing. 3 days later it shipped. Argued with them about THEM paying the return shipping, which they finally agreed to do. I've been waiting A MONTH for a refund. I just emailed them again threatening to dispute the charges and issue a lawsuit. Do not order from this joke of a company.

GBVery Helpful Staff Great staff and very helpful. Although I did not purchase my intended best they helped me find a great alternative. I also found some other bargains while there. I am a repeat customer and will remain so.

GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JAFRUM OR… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JAFRUM OR DETOUR LEATHERS!!!! THIS Muslim POS is a Thief and a Scammer!!! I wish I Had seen these reviews instead of reading the fake ones on their website before making a purchase. My Wife ordered me 2 Leather Jackets a "L" and "XL" because we were not sure how accurate the sizes were. Because of the Return Policy I quickly contacted the Jafrum Customer Service the following day and they were more then happy to give me an RMA Number in an email with instructions to send the "XL" back. I spent $35.00 to overnight the package just to have it returned to me stating that the company and address do not exist. Now the Customer Service number doesn't work, the website is off line. This Clown does business under several names, I think my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and have them investigate this company.
