Purchased a Leather Jacket and Chaps, went to the store in Charlotte! WOW! Nice people and great stuff at very reasonable prices, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND JAFRUM!! Purchase Jacket online, was too small, returned and then I went to Florida on vacation, I returned thru Charlotte and stopped at Jafrum, WOW! nice people, great deals, bought a pair of Chaps while I was there. And got the Jacket that I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAFRUM!!

Don't be misled by their "no hassle returns" and product reviews They advertise free size exchanges - yet when you need to do so they instruct you to return the items - AT YOUR OWN COST AND TIME and re-order. They don't even offer a return label. Women's motorcycle jacket rated as their best seller was garbage and sized three sizes too small. I called about the return and to attempt to exchange boots for a different size and style and in the end was told I was making things difficult by JEFF after expressing frustration with the hassle filled "no hassle return" policy. Ended up spending an hour researching returns and will pay 22.00 to return the items. Ordered boots from Cyclegear instead. NEVER AGAIN!!!

3 months- still no refund! I ordered jacket below Nov 2017, but it was too big. I have been trying to get a refund since. Jafrum customer service does not answer, but has returned calls when leaving a voice mail. However, regardless of what they say - it has yet to become fact! Also, contact through Jafrum.com site is nothing but a rat race with no cheese! It has been 3 months & when I do speak to customer service - the "Priority" placed on my refund seems to have no effect to the actual happening. Very frustrated & while I will continue my refund request with Jafrum, I will seek ways to post my dissatisfaction of poor customer service/refund for all to heed by. I will never do business with these … I will never do business with these idiots again! I ordered a pair of boots and was told they would ship the next day. After a week the email people said they would ship from another location. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Has not happened. 11 calls to customer service. I am researching a lawsuit.
