Purchased a Leather Jacket and Chaps, went to the store in Charlotte! WOW! Nice people and great stuff at very reasonable prices, HIGHLY RECCOMMEND JAFRUM!! Purchase Jacket online, was too small, returned and then I went to Florida on vacation, I returned thru Charlotte and stopped at Jafrum, WOW! nice people, great deals, bought a pair of Chaps while I was there. And got the Jacket that I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAFRUM!!

Ordered two vest- loved them however… Ordered two vest- loved them however one didnt work. I paid to ship it back and waited patiently for my refund. Ive called, emailed multiple times and keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable! Hopefully you like up your order- youll be fine then- but if a return is needed you will be disappointed!

Defective Products - Cheap Crap from CHINA I ordered 2 Battery tenders to maintain my bikes over the winter...from all indications(the indicator light), everything was charging, and even indicated fully charges after a couple days. Unfortunately, when I attempted to start my bikes, both batteries were not holding enough charge to turn the motors over... I put a volt meter to both New battery tenders and got readings of `0'. Now it s over their 60 day return period and I they tell me I am out of luck... My bad - If it's too good to be true (Jafrum's prices), it usually is! Now I looked for reviews on this company, and surprise, surprise, most reviews are negative! STAY AWAY FROM JAFRUM!

She made sure the helmets Me and my daughter were looking at fit correctly,and went back and forth from the back to show us merchandise with a smile! And also was very knowledgeable!
