Ok I've ordered twice once a while back… Ok I've ordered twice once a while back and once in Feb nd it came in a few days I contacted them a week to 10 days ago n got no reply But yesterday I got a reply and guy was yep we still delivering make Ur order so I'm just waiting on DHL to pick it up which is fine So I made a order... Will hopefully have parcel picked up tomorrow and last time in Feb and or march it was like 3 days there to my door in UK on my doorstep but I heard no more than sorting centre when I went on DHL or dpd app then I saw they had tried to deliver so quick it had already been attempted once lol so I requested redelivery (which was fine) and I was in both days and second attempted delivery it landed fine... No problems. Packaged well. I'm waiting on my third order I've only just put it thru. Hopefully I'll follow this up with good feedback ... I didnt get a reply 1st time I used the site during the covid crazyness but 2nd time 2 weeks(the other day) later all was fine guy said it would be sent next day and I got a tracker I've not had issues but I think end of April early may they must if had some problems due to covid... I mean all my post is late I'm currently on month 2 or 3 for a tablet pc from China... The operator of the site seems reasonable. I'd say email get a reply and ask about Ur order if unsure but last order came literally in 3 days or so on my doorstep so quick I missed the delivery. .. the second time it was left on my doorstep by DHL Pretty cheap. Fast delivery and clean and clean high quality cleaner for car rims and specific plastics (I use it on vintage stuff I'm repainting, be carefull on other plastics with all strong cleaning products if this type) and when cleaning elecreical PCBs and stuff ... But I have 2 mates who ordred in may one go just a refund and order cancelled the other doesn't seem to know so all I can do is post a follow up in a few days. X Got a second follow.up email from the guy. Like I said if your parcel hasn't come during the covid stuff contact him but I have a clear DHL line if delivery on mine and haven't had a problem last 2 orders and now waiting for 3rd

Always great service Always great service , you pay for dhl postage but they are very quick, even duringncorona virus Cray ness parcel from Holland several times arrived in 3 days (1 business day...) Always friendly and helpful the owner of the site will send you a tracker once payments been processed and its delivered v v quick.
