USSCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! See Dept. of Transportation (DOT) online.

USSecure auto shipping took my deposit… Secure auto shipping took my deposit failed to pick my car up in the time frame they gave me.. found another company and they refused to give me my deposit back.. straight run around no return phone calls for over a month.. scam

USI was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and… I was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and instead of honoring the lowest price ($900, $939, $963) they charged an even higher price ($975). Mike told me it would take 3 days to deliver, it took 5 days. Mike is very, very nice on the phone, he hooks you in, then it turns out he was dishonest. I do not recommend.
