Lexus LX570 year 2016 i have purchased a Lexus LX570 year 2016 from EZ car Auction on 17th October 2019 and after the payment i am waiting there daily excuses and they are not sending me the Title of the car yet, its almost 45 days now and every day Mr David taking time from me 1 day 2 days. but i have asked them if they dont have the car then refund the money but still no response for that. really Very Bad service.

Its hard to believe that this daylight… Its hard to believe that this daylight scam can be going on in the U.S. Pls stay away from this fraud team led by one David and assisted by Dan (Im sure these are just stage names tho). Same lies and deceit pattern ranging from we are waiting for DMV to release vehicle papers to loosing bid but you have wait for 90days to get your money back or wait for a call from upper management.

Beware I purchase a car December 2… Beware I purchase a car December 2 2019. From Ez Auto Auction the salesman i worked with Andy told me that I will receive my car in 3-5 business days. And I never received the car after getting the runaround January I requested a refund through the manager David so rude so unprofessional he kept telling me it's in the mail he kept telling me I was lucky he was giving me my money back so with that being said I never gotten a refund I had to go through a civil suit 7 months later I just got my money back.
