Not a UK WEBSITE I was led to believe that this was a uk website.The tool didn’t do what they said, they agreed to refund but I had to return it to China. I spent £121 on postage and they haven’t collected it from customs. PayPal were absolutely no help at all. Do not purchase from their website. I am £620 out of pocket with nothing to show for it

Bad support Have spent the last week trying to get help from launch to resolve my issue of lost Vci Bluetooth adapter. Seems like no one is able to help or advise where I can get adapter and cost. Or any contact email or number. I bought the 2023 launch x431 pro v elite. Not that impressed with unit either.

However no email confirmation about the refund either.
