GBWe used Charters of America to book 2… We used Charters of America to book 2 56 passenger busses for our high school football team on a Friday afternoon. The contract with COA was signed digitally. An email link to submit the payment/deposit was not received until Saturday. On Monday morning, payment was submitted at 0800. We did not received an email confirmation and on Monday afternoon at 5:30EST, we called to confirm that the payment/deposit had been received as no confirmation had been received by us. We spoke to the Customer Service Rep who informed us that the busses were no longer available and had already been leased and they could get us busses from a different location for basically double the quoted price. Apparently a contract means nothing to this company! They took our money for the original quote, but provided nothing! They also said that the deposit/payment was due at contract signing, however the payment link was not received until 24 hours later (Saturday) not even allowing a "business day" to accept payment. It will be 3 to 5 "business day" for them to process my refund! POOR BUSINESS! As a Travel Agency, We would never recommend or use this company to anyone.
