GBWould give them Would give them - 20 if possible. Ordered part in august, told there would be a 20 % restocking fee if returned. Had to return for refund. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get correct shipping label in two to three weeks time. Told them I needed the label before the 30 day warranty expired, said not to worry. Mailed part thru ups the day return label received ,( sept.) emailed repeatedly about status of refund in oct. called almost daily , got excuses, transferred repeatedly, left messages, no response to anything. After repeated emails, calls, told Stella and Rachael were no longer with the company. So far I have dealt with John, Stella, Rachael, Jessie, Bradley and probably more but no one can get anyone to help me with this refund. More than 20 times I have been left on hold more than 20 min. No one comes back to talk to me. I am calling the number they use to take orders and their google number. Now, my calls go directly to hold. Today , I have called twice. (Dec 17). Unless you like problems and excuses , do not order from this company.

INHorrible management Horrible management. I have worked there and trust me this is not the place one can work and think about future. They do give salary to their employees 15 days late and once they leave the company then also they don’t provide them their own salary for which they have worked.

GBA PLACE YOU CAN'T TRUST. e problem is their quality control. The problem is their quality control. They sent me a rusted inside and out ABS module and the fellow I talked to said he looked at it before sending it, which really got my ire because it was such a blood face lie. Then he said to have the rusted part diagnosed before returning which meant my mechanic would have had to install the decrepit ABS module.... Which no saying mechanic would do because it would be a waste of time and they are unwilling to pay for the diagnostics on it even though they sent me an ABS module that didn't work because moisture had gotten into it and that's how it rusted. The way for this company to improve would be to send a working product out and not to lie about the shape that the product was in and also back up their warranties.

GBAbsolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service. I paid $4200 for a transmission six weeks ago I was told 5 to 7 days for delivery per the invoice. Transmission never came. Neither did my wire transfer back into my account do not buy from this company they listen address in Tampa that is a rental house that no one lives at.. as far as I’m concerned, this is a fake fraudulent company!! been waiting two weeks for Charlie to call me. All of the customer service is located in India and it’s impossible to get in touch with Charlie.
