My car was scheduled for maintenance… My car was scheduled for maintenance and my cousin told me about this car rental services. The cars were great, only the customer service was the minor flaw I could see.

Great company and very reasonable… Great company and very reasonable prices!! Rented a nice Ford Fusion for our 7 day vacation , the car was nice and clean and the guys at the office were very friendly . Picked us up at the Airport and loaded our luggage and there was no hustle with the paperwork at all )) Also we got Two Free Miami T-Shirts as a complimentary gifts from the company. Will definitely rent my next car from these guys again when I am back in Miami this October !!!!

The customer service could be improved -

Called in asking for help with a Car Called in asking for help with a Car. They did not have much availability and really overall was not the most accomodating! Ended up taking a call with them and it done the job it was supposed to do :)
