The site is misleading The site is misleading! I ordered from USA seats and another company sent the item. As I ordered the item they asked for specific details, when the item arrived it was written on the package universal.

I wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.

I ordered custom floor mats and when… I ordered custom floor mats and when they came in they looked like the cheapest quality I've ever seen. Thin, floppy, wrinkled and the fit is horrible. They don't even have clips. They include the bare minimum amount of weak velcro which would never even work in some parts. This website is a Chinese scam site like Wish.

My seat coverings have been with me for… My seat coverings have been with me for a little over a year, and I'm still in love with them. They still have an amazing appearance. The staff provided excellent assistance, and despite our email-only communication, I found them to be approachable and competent. Without a doubt, I will use them once more and would suggest them to others. I can't see not utilizing them in the future if my family or I require car seat coverings. I'm actually going to check out their website right now to see if I can get my spouse something for Christmas!

Flimsy, paper thin material DO NOT BUY I should’ve looked for reviews on this company. The material is cheap and paper thin. DO NOT BUY very flimsy material, this is not heavy duty material. They only refund if item is defective. Don’t waste your money on this cheap cheap covers. You’ll regret the purchase
