They only refund if item is defective. Don’t waste your money on this cheap cheap covers. You’ll regret the purchase

I wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.

This company MISLEADS purchaser's This company MISLEADS purchaser's! I ordered 2 sets of floor mats in April. First, this product ships out of China NOT THE USA! Second, what they show in their advertisement ISN'T what you get!!! I have tried so many times to call and the phone is ALWAYS BUSY!!! I have sent several emails and No One has responded to my request to CANCEL & Refund my money!!! I'm in the process of making a claim against them with my credit card company! BUYERS BEWARE, These floor mats are NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOW in their advertisement!!!

Bad floor mats To whoever reading my review, please think twice before you order. The floor mats is not worth it. They look too bulky in the car. I sent the email to get my money back or exchange. They wouldn’t do it. The price is not worth it so I advise anyone who’s purchasing the floor mats do not get them. It’s not worth the money.

Custome sedign seat cover available We ordered a set of seat covers before christmas and were able to choose what colour stitching we wanted and the colour of any inlays. We were told that they were very busy and would not receive them untill the new year which we were happy with. The car seat covers arrived and we are very pleased with the quality of the product, we were advised to watch a youtube video on how to fit them which was very insightful. The fitting was a bit tricky but nothing we couldnt work out. Ther seat covers are now fitted and look fantastic, you cant tell that they are not factory fitted at all. We would definatly recomend US SEAT COVER to family and friends or anyone else thinking of getting seat covers in the future.
