GBChinese scam company Any 5 star review on this page is fake and placed there by the company itself. Their return policy states that if you contact them within 6 hours they can cancel the order. The problem is that they don't reply to emails until at least 12 hours after you send them, thus voiding any chance for a refund or cancelation. DO NOT be fooled like I was into believing this company is legit. They are 100% a Chinese company that pretends to be an American one and does nothing but scam people.

GBThe site is misleading The site is misleading! I ordered from USA seats and another company sent the item. As I ordered the item they asked for specific details, when the item arrived it was written on the package universal.

GBMy seat coverings have been with me for… My seat coverings have been with me for a little over a year, and I'm still in love with them. They still have an amazing appearance. The staff provided excellent assistance, and despite our email-only communication, I found them to be approachable and competent. Without a doubt, I will use them once more and would suggest them to others. I can't see not utilizing them in the future if my family or I require car seat coverings. I'm actually going to check out their website right now to see if I can get my spouse something for Christmas!

GBI wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.

GBI am glad I didn't order seat covers… I am glad I didn't order seat covers only steering wheel cover. Still have not received it. We will see, next time I will do more research. Just because it says USA and contact information is in Colorado. I am tired of scammers! Update: I did receive my steering wheel cover. It came as described and fits well.
