This company MISLEADS purchaser's This company MISLEADS purchaser's! I ordered 2 sets of floor mats in April. First, this product ships out of China NOT THE USA! Second, what they show in their advertisement ISN'T what you get!!! I have tried so many times to call and the phone is ALWAYS BUSY!!! I have sent several emails and No One has responded to my request to CANCEL & Refund my money!!! I'm in the process of making a claim against them with my credit card company! BUYERS BEWARE, These floor mats are NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOW in their advertisement!!!

I have order floor mats for my car and… I have order floor mats for my car and haven't received them yet and now I can't find my tracking number but I got my bank statement where they took my money out . So I will dispute it if they don't return my email message. I think it is a scam . Don't order from them

I'm a customer from England .after… I'm a customer from England .after watching the sales video i was impressed i ordered the blue diamond stitch full foor mats that cover the sides as well fro t and tear .£136 in sterling $ 167 in dollars. What I received was nothing like the video I ordered from It's a loy of .money to be conned out of hard earned money . No mention of a refund. So be warned another company ripping people off absolutely terrible stay clear

I wish I could give them 0 stars I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.
