Wrong filter Bought a filter for my Z4. It was the wrong type and size. Returned it as requested by the support. A month later no refund. Avoid buying stuff from their official website. I have already disputed the transaction with PayPal and am waiting for a resolution. I did email the support but no response yet.

Purchased a K & N oil filter Purchased a K & N oil filter, when ready to fit it got conflicting reports about if it would fit or not. Emailed K & N 10 times and no response. Avoid this company at all costs, most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. What's the use of having a so called "customer service" email if there is never any reply. Costumer for life. I would like to say that they stand behind there product. I called them about a possible warranty on an air filter for my motorcycle. I purchased the bike used in 09 and the first thing I did was install a K&N air filter. It’s now 2024 and the filter media has started to deteriorate. I have always cleaned it every spring for the summer riding season. I called them and explained what was going on with the filter. They sent me a new one no questions asked. They didn’t even have me pay shipping. I was not expecting that. I will definitely be only running there filters for the rest of my life. You have definitely made a costumer for life.
