Wrong filter Bought a filter for my Z4. It was the wrong type and size. Returned it as requested by the support. A month later no refund. Avoid buying stuff from their official website. I have already disputed the transaction with PayPal and am waiting for a resolution. I did email the support but no response yet.

Best product, baked up with #1 service Purchased a filter on-line from a 'stockist', arrived without the frame to secure in the filter housing. Supplier didn't have another in stock, so contacted K&N UK by email explaining the issue and if I could buy the frame alone. Response within minutes with offer to provide required frame without charge, even though it was not their problem. Arrived within 48 hrs of being informed; great service. Thieves They took our companies money to create a custom filter for our company, knowing that they wouldn't complete the project as they were going to stop doing this type of work, and they refused to refund even though they never provided the product.
