Wrong filter Bought a filter for my Z4. It was the wrong type and size. Returned it as requested by the support. A month later no refund. Avoid buying stuff from their official website. I have already disputed the transaction with PayPal and am waiting for a resolution. I did email the support but no response yet.

Thieves They took our companies money to create a custom filter for our company, knowing that they wouldn't complete the project as they were going to stop doing this type of work, and they refused to refund even though they never provided the product. This company, and their associates, are a bunch of thieves.

Purchased a K & N oil filter Purchased a K & N oil filter, when ready to fit it got conflicting reports about if it would fit or not. Emailed K & N 10 times and no response.
