GBCostumer for life. I would like to say that they stand behind there product. I called them about a possible warranty on an air filter for my motorcycle. I purchased the bike used in 09 and the first thing I did was install a K&N air filter. It’s now 2024 and the filter media has started to deteriorate. I have always cleaned it every spring for the summer riding season. I called them and explained what was going on with the filter. They sent me a new one no questions asked. They didn’t even have me pay shipping. I was not expecting that. I will definitely be only running there filters for the rest of my life. You have definitely made a costumer for life.

AUPurchased a K & N oil filter Purchased a K & N oil filter, when ready to fit it got conflicting reports about if it would fit or not. Emailed K & N 10 times and no response. Avoid this company at all costs, most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. What's the use of having a so called "customer service" email if there is never any reply. Just amazed

We were going to send u a new shipment til now noting really poor work for a big company it I regret buying online from them really bad

GBThieves They took our companies money to create a custom filter for our company, knowing that they wouldn't complete the project as they were going to stop doing this type of work, and they refused to refund even though they never provided the product. This company, and their associates, are a bunch of thieves.

GBTerrible Support Amazing products, trusted brand, however their shipping logistics and product support are hands down terrible. Never order directly on their site, use a 3rd party like Amazon if you want to actually receive your products. Their support contact info on their site is not accurate and when you do contact support it seems they lack training and are a group of teenagers doing their “best” aka not helpful at all.
