I bought a product on March 9th, 2024, it was a cool air intake for my chevy Colorado. a few days went by, and they emailed me saying my card failed? i tried again and of course it worked because my card never fails. its been a week now and still didn't get my product. 2 weeks later and my cool air intake comes in with the weld being upside down so im not a ble to even install it. i called them and they said they would ship me a new one and still no product it's been a month and a half. thank K&N...

Best product, baked up with #1 service Purchased a filter on-line from a 'stockist', arrived without the frame to secure in the filter housing. Supplier didn't have another in stock, so contacted K&N UK by email explaining the issue and if I could buy the frame alone. Response within minutes with offer to provide required frame without charge, even though it was not their problem. Arrived within 48 hrs of being informed; great service. Product....have always fitted to EFI vehicles, especially if planning a re-map...6 bikes, 2 vans and 3 cars !

Skewed reviews shady practices I posted a 1 star review on their store for a poor fitment cabin filter that had to be curved and shoved making the filtration useless At 3x the cost oem. I get thr email confirmaion of my review and to my surprise my review was NOT posted on thir product site. It only has a handful of 5 star reviews only. This immediately made me lose trust in this company over thir shady practices and skewed reviews. I will never trust another one of their "high rated" products. Purchased many air intakes in tbe past. Will look elsewhere many options out there

Purchased a K & N oil filter Purchased a K & N oil filter, when ready to fit it got conflicting reports about if it would fit or not. Emailed K & N 10 times and no response. Avoid this company at all costs, most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. What's the use of having a so called "customer service" email if there is never any reply. Just amazed

Avoid K&N! Customer Service Sucks We ordered a K&N air filter for customers' Chevy Silverado, website showed it was in-stock at $69.00. We rec'd an email within an hour of order saying it was out of stock and no estimate of when back in stock. So we ATTEMPTED to cancel order, customer said he'ld get one on Amazon. K&N said order couldn't be cancelled and we'ld have to return product...??? Add insult to injury, Amazon ordered K&N filter was $48.00 and YES we did rec'd original filter weeks later. We returned it with a K&N return authorization and we are still waiting for a refund from these clowns 30+ days later. Advice: Shop around and DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM K&N - their customer service is WORTHLESS!
