They got an F rating from Better… They got an F rating from Better Business Bureau. The owner is completely a joke. He’s such a liar by the way if you research his name, leave Hanson, he used to be in jail. He was incarcerated for theft, auto theft. He’s a ConMan.

terrible experience terrible experience, sent my car for repair, was told by insurance company they charged too high,but could not take it back due to high checking charge, my car was in the shop for over one month without repairing,when they notified us we can pick up the car,we were told we have to pay for almost $300 which insurance company refused to pay, and the car was not repaired well,has to be repaired again, we were deeply regret our choice, if you do not want your life become terrible after car accident, stay away with this shop.

Their advertising does not match their actual practice 1. Even though their ad claims they never put used parts on the vehicle and although I was told repeatedly that they were going to replace my fender with a new fender from the dealership, and even though my insurance company paid them for a new fender, they repaired the damage to the old fender without discussing it with me. I discovered that change after I picked up my car. 2. Even though their ad claims they have unique processes that allow the customer to "get their car in, get it fixed, and get it out", they held my car for an entire month while they did less than 25 man-hours of labor, blaming the delay on my insurance company or the dealership. 3. Even though their ad claims "Free pickup and delivery anywhere in the northwest" they never had a truck available to pickup or deliver my car. 4. Even though their ad claims "complimentary loaner car" they claimed there was a waiting list of three to six month for a loaner car. 5. Even though their ad claims deductible assistance, they added costs to my deductible rather than lowering it.

Leif’s does FALSE advertising I have had the worst experience “working “ with Leif’s. First, I was not told that if I didn’t use them for repairs, I would have to pay them at least $1000 to get my wrecked car back. NO transparency from the in take person. I knew immediately I would be punished by my insurance company from using them & I have been. Leif’s & my insurance company bickered for 2 WEEKS over $223 “extra” for my repairs. And I was told nastily that I’d have to pay for it or to try to talk to my insurance company, but “good luck” with that. I never heard from my “adjuster” at Leif’s & when I finally emailed them at how frustrated I was by lack of communication, I got a condescending, scathing email back. I filed a BBB complaint, but surprise, surprise Leif’s never addressed it. I have NOT heard from them in 3 weeks & they’ve had my car for 5 WEEKS. I also tried leaving poor experience comments on their website with a “PROMISE “ of communication within 72 hours & have gotten NOTHING. I finally called Leif’s this week & asked for a manager & was told there was NO direct extension for one & that someone would call me within 24-48 hours. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL FROM SAID MANAGER. I have tried EVERYTHING to get them to communicate with me & have gotten NOTHING. I have repeatedly complained about the lack of communication & how poorly I’ve been treated & NOTHING. DO NOT USE LEIF’S, they do NOTHING for you as they claim in their commercials, which are FALSE advertising. I make sure to tell EVERYONE I come into contact with my awful experience & to NOT use them.

Do yourself a favor, and stay away! Please, do not take your car to laifs, they don’t deserve your business. First, let’s start out with the fact that they charge you $100 a day to “store your car” whether or not they repair it. They took three weeks to get my insurance company their estimate of the work, my belief is that they saw my car was a total loss and decided to milk the insurance for all they could get on the storage fee. When I challenge them on this at the end, I was told to get a lawyer. They’re very friendly when you drop your car off and try to give you confidence that they’re going to do a great job, but as soon as I was turned over to the “customer service rep“ Lea, she was nothing but hostile, combative, arrogant, and she never returned my calls and only return emails when I pestered her for answers. The only time I finally talk to her on the phone is when Geico declared my car a total loss and she wanted me to come clean it out so they could get rid of the car. Their advertising is completely false, there is no transparency. They are all for making as much money as they can. Having a car accident is stressful and getting your car repaired is even more so, these guys only make it worse. Please learn from my mistake!
