Responsive and attentive Communication was simple and easy- every time I’ve had to reach CarHopper they’ve been knowledgeable and responsible. I wanted an interesting car for vacation, and having options like the GT-R or M3 in Vegas made them an easy choice. From what I could see they also have more miles per day than getting a higher end car through hertz and Avis

Exotic rentals made easy. I travel very often for business and when I am in what you would consider "cool cities" I like to have a day of fun driving around the newest cars. I used to google terms like "exotic car rentals in X city" prior to carhopper. No more. I am able to open the app choose the car i want, and complete my booking within 1 minute. I get to drive a new supercar every time I am travelling and not worry about hidden fees, or sketchiness. Waiting for you guys to open up to new markets!

Good product but here is 1 suggestion No surprises and no red flags. This is a good service offering a great array of products. The only thing I would suggest you guys improve on is offering a delivery option to the doorstep of customers. I rented the Corvette in Vegas and although your location is very central and convenient (less than a 3 minute drive to be fair) I would have still liked a delivery to my hotel. That being said I know you guys will achieve great things. The service I received was great, the booking process was easy, and the car was spectactular.

Best experience and rental company in Miami One of the best experiences that I've ever had in a car rental. Excellent service at all steps. The agent helped me in every detail to create the best birthday gift experience for my boyfriend. I had little problems like change of day, and the agent was always willing to help me. I definitely recommend for everyone and I will certainly take these comments to my friends and family in Brazil.
