Good service, but we he finance company screwed me over! I would execute the finance people if I could. You should really consider a more ethical finance company if your promoting them to your customers

This is fraud website dont go for it… This is fraud website dont go for it their parts are not origanl i order bike fuel tank and it was all rusted so i return it back and not given any review but they put fake review on their site using my name with full rating...stay away from these fraud peoples

very efficient and cost effective all phases of the purchase were satisfactory with the exception of a few small details.. 1).."free shipping" had the delivery terminal office manager telling me that the shipping was never paid for..i had to call and provoke a shipping payment before i could receive my lift. 2)no email confirmation for shipping, and item received had no paperwork such as owners manual, and/or assembly manual, again having to call and ask for items expected. 3) the item itself "9000lb. lift" is of ok quality with the exception of some small "made in china" defects such as: the lift pads made of rubber won't stay on the steel plates and the welding "slag" inside where the lift slides is atrocious. 4) also not too happy about the lack of available replacement parts. 5) eAUTOTOOLS did offer the best price

Professional and Knowledgeable on their Products I started my search on a 4 post lift over a year ago. In that time span, I asked Manny a bunch of questions and he answered them all without any expectations of getting my business. In the end, it was his professionalism and eAutoTools competitive pricing that got me to place an order with them. After the order, Manny helped me arrange installation with the lift installer which was nice of him. Alfredo also helped me with post sales questions that I had. He showed the same level of professionalism.

Quick delivery. I have not installed yet but the delivery was very prompt. It arrived in good shape.
