USBudget Solutions... I was in major financial trouble and needed help cutting my Monthly Budget ASAP... One Big Ticket Item in my Budget was Car payment... I responded to a mailing from City Lending, and they were very helpful from the outset... Marie called me on the phone, discussed my problems, and offered several options to improve my condition... She made an appointment for me at a Local Car Dealer... The appointment went very well, and I ended the day with a beautiful new car with much lower monthly payments... This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE from beginning to end... Thank You City Lending... I will have much less stressful holiday season...

USI contacted City Lending because I was… I contacted City Lending because I was looking to refinance my vehicle. I was told by the representative that City Lending could help and referred me to Woody Folsom Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Vidalia the dealership and two representatives there that City Lending does business with. When I arrived I never met the two representatives and was told that they were busy helping others and two other representatives assisted me. During that time I was told that they don't do refinancing which I wad told by the City Lending representative that they do because they had their own in house financing. I was disappointed by this, instead of getting a lower monthly rate on my 2015 Jeep which was what I intended to do, I walked out with a 2019 Jeep with a higher monthly rate than I previously had and the performance and amenities in this 2019 Jeep Latitude does not measure up to my 2015 Jeep Sport. Later after I got home I found out that the car did not have Sirius XM which I was told it did and the only way I could transfer my service was to purchase a Sirius XM receiver and I was informed of this information after going to another Jeep dealership to see if they could tell me how to locate my Radio ID, which after calling the Woody Folsom dealership the receptionist and the representative I spoke to act as if they had no idea what I was talking about and like I was wasting their time but did state that I could come back so that service could take the radio out to find the Radio ID # and to think this was just the day after the sale was made which you would think they would still want to help, guess not. Even though I got help out of my situation with Ally Financial which was horrible, I got a car I'm not pleased with the performance is not like a cross over or an SUV more like a 4 cylinder car stuck in one gear, and also a higher monthly payment to boot. My advice don't talk to a loan representative when your desperate to find a way out of your situation because you end up making the wrong decision in haste, do your research on all party's envolved. Angry and Disappointed 😠

USBuying experience To be quite honest, we were not even considering paying a newer vehicle until we received the mailer from City Lending. As a result, we now have a 2016 Nissan Frontier pick up. My wife absolutely loves it. Of course, my only complaint is, apparently I didn’t qualify for the lower interest rate. Other than that, the company stuck with us until we actually drove away in our newer vehicle.
