Total scam Total scam. I bought a package of 5 reports. The very first report, upon which I paid the package showed "Oops", then a report for another car came in. When I tried to look up for another VINs it was always asking to make a payment. Escalated dispute to PayPal. There is no phone number or chat support (those were the signs I missed) and no email replies. Now I'm wondering how with only the negative reviews on the most sites it's still on the first Google page if looking for VIN report. Stay away.

Wish I had checked reviews before I… Wish I had checked reviews before I paid for a report. It was a total scam and the info that was given was incorrect (said that no accidents were found and I know the Georgia State Patrol issued an accident report when someone rear-ended me).

Received an e mail from a guy were… Received an e mail from a guy were interested in buying my car. Said he needed this report for his loan officer. I said I have the clear title and can scan a copy. No good; he pushed for the report. I don't know if they are looking for business or you credit information but I would not use this website. What a scam. Be careful of language that doesn't use english language correctly... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Informations not up to date ! A 2012 Tiguan Volkswagen byed in 2021, the VINcheker report for its odometer shows the newest date reported in 2013 ! It's a waste of money ! Don't waste your money on Vincheckpro The carfax report from the dealer had more information than Vincheck pro. The carfax said it had damage to the bumper and side panel. vincheck didn't have this. Also, Carfax had a number of owners and if it was a lease vehicle. Vin check had nothing. Don't waste your money.
