Very well built bike, but….. Very well built bike, but battery life is no where near what is advertised on the website, and the customer service response is basically non-existent. They respond with platitudes but no action to resolve the poor battery life or deceptive advertising. The website claims the cruiser will get 55 miles. I can ride about 30 miles on PAS level 1 before my battery is drained. I’m disappointed to say the least. I should be offered a replacement battery.

Wow Magicycles are great Purchased a Magicycle for my wife. She loved it, and now I purchased one for myself. The purchase my wife made was at an authorized bike shop,. That was a great process for her, however I wanted to try and purchase my Cruiser Pro online through the Magicycle web site. What a breeze, easy, efficient, well laid out and informative. Shipping was ontime and the box and bike perfect condition. Installation was strait forward with normal adjustments and I was off on my first exciting ride. The bike handles great and fun to ride. I look forward to many bike rides....

Engineering has listened to the customers, rolling out the new model, Deer SUV, full suspension ebike. Great job Magic Cycle!

... wow - So Worth It! Hey All, I've had my Magicycle Cruiser for a little over a year now ... wow - So Worth It! I ride nearly everyday as weather permits. The pedal assist allows my to travel to places/destinations that I never went to on a conventional bike. E-bikes Rule. You'll wonder after buying a Magicycle why you didn't do this sooner.

Strong beast Cruiser Before I decided to buy an ebike I went saw other brands but many complaints including customer service. I saw that Magicycle had over 4.6 reviews and decide to buy a Midstep Through Cruiser. It arrived two days before and safely packed. I prefer trails and that beast is super, super strong up and down trails with my weight of 220 Lbs. / 66 inches tall. Now I can enjoy trails and cycling around even with knee conditions. I love my Magicycle Cruiser.
