USChris and RWC take customer service to… Chris and RWC take customer service to new heights. He took the time to help me understand what specifically which parts are needed and why. The design of the RWC shock bearing kit is far superior to “the other guys” thanks to the multiple sizes of spacers. The other kits have a lot of slop and lead to suspension “thunk”. I highly recommend RWC products!

USSwift reply & invaluable guidance RWC team provided very fast response (few hours) with key dimensional information for my specific mtb. The bike mfg. had rounded off the value so was not accurate enough to enable the correct shock needle bearing upgrade kit.
