I received my bike in three days afterIn a professional manner. And the bike shop that they contacted to fix my bike loves it also. Outstanding service all around. Denise Landis, Florida… I received my bike in three days after I ordered it. I had to wait until two weeks before my husband would put it together because it was a birthday present. When I rode it I found that the the electric part was not working. I called the company and through troubleshooting tried to get to the problem.They sent the part and contacted a Cosmic Bicycle shop in my town to do the work for me. Then we discovered it was something else. They sent out the back tire and motor. This also was all Cosmic bicycle shop. Meanwhile I kept being contacted by Dan to make sure everything was working well. Turns out that an electrical wire was pinched in shipping. I have since been riding the bike and it has been fantastic. The service was fast the problem was quickly resolved In a professional manner.
