Ordered the Babymaker in February-still not here Ordered the Babymaker in February. It is now August 14th and still don’t have a ship date. Customer service, when anyone finally replies (NEVER do they answer the phone) was snarky. I have asked for a refund. My husband has a black Babymaker and the motor is already not working. They sent him a YouTube video that didn’t solve anything. Really frustrating experience. I have asked for a full refund for mine since I have missed the whole summer and no reply. I have recommended to our friend’ inquiries that they look at Rad Rover instead.

Babymaker Pro germany I am waiting for my Babymaker Pro. I wrote some emails, got response after 48 hours. Always nice and informativ answers. All questions answerd. I am from Germany and know what ist good customer service. This is nearly as perfect as here in Germany. Not received my bike yet, but that’s crowdfunding. Looking forward to get in in Feb. Keep up the good work, looking forward for the next update.

Great American e bike This company is great. The product (Babymaker 2) is competitively priced with way above average components. It is lighter and rides better than other pedal assist bikes in its class. User friendly and low maintenance. The company's sales team has been non existent with all questions and accessory orders handled by the service and tech department. They rock! All questions answered and very helpful! Assembled in the USA!

Service above and beyond expectation! I have 2000 miles on my FLX Trail and recently broke my rear axel. I called service to order the part and was told they wouldn't have them for a few weeks. I was disappointed until he told me he would pull one off a new bike and ship it to me in a day or so. Fantastic service, way above and beyond expectation. I know where I will be buying my next bike, you should consider them too.

Going strong BM1 Pro Going strong I have had my BM1 pro for 2 years now and just replaced the tyres after 5,000+ km still looks like new with a bit of metal polish the Stirling and chrome finish in showroom condition I ride nearly every day and when commuting go to work by ferry into Sydney CBD upgrades with leather saddle and chrome fenders looks the real deal! regards Bondi Peter
