Where is our bike? Or our money? Ordered and paid 2 babymaker in 2020 and only got one delivered by April 2022. No reply to mails, no information what happened to our second bike. We totally understand that things got a bit complicated during the pandemic but flx is far from being a reliable or trustworthy company.

Raspberry FLX Babymaker The FLX Babymaker is a well built ebike single speed platform that utilizes beautiful colors and trending components. The pro version I ride comes with hydraulic disc brakes and a multi level drive system. This bike is amazing to look at and thrilling to ride. The electronics are tucked away in the main and bottom tubes making the bike well balanced. When you get on you’ll feel the stability and then as you pedal the motor kicks in and moves you quicker and quicker as you accelerate to about 20+ mph. The average range is 25+ miles. This is a riders bike so get out ride one today.

Service above and beyond expectation! I have 2000 miles on my FLX Trail and recently broke my rear axel. I called service to order the part and was told they wouldn't have them for a few weeks. I was disappointed until he told me he would pull one off a new bike and ship it to me in a day or so. Fantastic service, way above and beyond expectation. I know where I will be buying my next bike, you should consider them too.

Very poor product quality, lack of support on faults Delivery after more than 1 year. Faulty parts: Bike computer defaults to "ERROR" Missing parts: Charger cable doesn't fit bike. Misaligned parts: Handle bar mount and other parts aren't aligned properly, looks really ugly. Non-fitting parts: Accessories like the bell have a diameter that doesn't fit the handle bar. Bad fit and finish: poor paint job. Understanding this is a kickstarter campaign, this is probably my own fault. Never ever again though.

Babymaker II - lightweight bike My new beautiful platinum color Babymaker II is just amazing. I laugh at the hills now. They won't mock me anymore! Plus...a kickstand! I haven't had a kickstand in 20 years. Beautiful platinum two tone color and very lightweight. I highly recommend FLX for world class bikes, service and fast shipping.
