Ordered TWO of these bikes in May 2020 I ordered TWO of these bikes in May 2020! I got shipping notifications for them weeks ago but when I try to track the bikes, they say there is no tracking information available. On the 16th of August customer support said they would update me but I've heard nothing from them since. The lack of information is terrible. WHERE ARE OUR BIKES?

Fly in more ways than one This bike looks Fly. All black and without a logo, it is a stealth bike that nobody will think has a motor or battery in it. Even when I tell people about that they wonder if I am pulling a fast one on them. One moment you are riding it like a regular bike and the next moment when you crank up the motor assist, you will feel like you are fly-ing. Babymaker Pro germany I am waiting for my Babymaker Pro. I wrote some emails, got response after 48 hours. Always nice and informativ answers. All questions answerd. I am from Germany and know what ist good customer service. This is nearly as perfect as here in Germany. Not received my bike yet, but that’s crowdfunding. Looking forward to get in in Feb. Keep up the good work, looking forward for the next update.
