Ordered TWO of these bikes in May 2020 I ordered TWO of these bikes in May 2020! I got shipping notifications for them weeks ago but when I try to track the bikes, they say there is no tracking information available. On the 16th of August customer support said they would update me but I've heard nothing from them since. The lack of information is terrible. WHERE ARE OUR BIKES?

Purchased the Gladiator 2.0 a few weeks… Purchased the Gladiator 2.0 a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Absolute beast of a bike, crushes all types of terrains and hills. Phenomenal range as well. One test drive and you’ll be in love. The staff were also super friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Very poor product quality, lack of support on faults Delivery after more than 1 year. Faulty parts: Bike computer defaults to "ERROR" Missing parts: Charger cable doesn't fit bike. Misaligned parts: Handle bar mount and other parts aren't aligned properly, looks really ugly. Non-fitting parts: Accessories like the bell have a diameter that doesn't fit the handle bar. Bad fit and finish: poor paint job. Understanding this is a kickstarter campaign, this is probably my own fault. Never ever again though.

Amazing bike! I bought the baby maker 2 for my husband who is an avid bike rider and has 6 high end bikes. He loves this bike! He said the battery power is great! We love the way it looks! Highly recommend the shop and bike!

Ordered the Babymaker in February-still not here Ordered the Babymaker in February. It is now August 14th and still don’t have a ship date. Customer service, when anyone finally replies (NEVER do they answer the phone) was snarky. I have asked for a refund. My husband has a black Babymaker and the motor is already not working. They sent him a YouTube video that didn’t solve anything. Really frustrating experience. I have asked for a full refund for mine since I have missed the whole summer and no reply. I have recommended to our friend’ inquiries that they look at Rad Rover instead.
