Ordered the Babymaker in February-still not here Ordered the Babymaker in February. It is now August 14th and still don’t have a ship date. Customer service, when anyone finally replies (NEVER do they answer the phone) was snarky. I have asked for a refund. My husband has a black Babymaker and the motor is already not working. They sent him a YouTube video that didn’t solve anything. Really frustrating experience. I have asked for a full refund for mine since I have missed the whole summer and no reply. I have recommended to our friend’ inquiries that they look at Rad Rover instead.

Great bike! It took a year to get it, some delays due to FLX not expecting such high volume sales AND other problems they didn’t anticipate, not the least of which the pandemic (delays in parts, factories closed, etc.) Ultimately very easy to assemble, solid quality and build!

Babymaker II - lightweight bike My new beautiful platinum color Babymaker II is just amazing. I laugh at the hills now. They won't mock me anymore! Plus...a kickstand! I haven't had a kickstand in 20 years. Beautiful platinum two tone color and very lightweight. I highly recommend FLX for world class bikes, service and fast shipping. Purchased the Gladiator 2.0 a few weeks… Purchased the Gladiator 2.0 a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Absolute beast of a bike, crushes all types of terrains and hills. Phenomenal range as well. One test drive and you’ll be in love. The staff were also super friendly and helpful throughout the process.

They get a 1 star… They get a 1 star because I backed them on indigo after falling in love with their "Sterling" model. Now it's more than 4 months late and on top of that they changed color schemes last minute without telling everyone. Oh and they also went back on their word on the Display because at first they said if a certain number of bikes where sold, all bikes bike display would be upgraded and now they're saying that most won't be getting the free upgrade but can buy it on their website. Scammers for sure
