USExcellent Support and Service I am very impressed with after sale support and service. I had a Shimano battery issue on an e-bike that I bought mid-2021. I needed Crazy Lenny's to help with the warranty claim from Shimano. I live in Connecticut, and I thought I would never hear from them. It took 10 days or so, but they called back and offered to help. Thank you.

USExcellent E-Bike dealer experience. My wife and I decided which E-Bikes we wanted to purchase. I ran across a recommendation to call Crazy Lenny’s. I’m so glad I did! We live in an area with very few E-Bike stores. We were looking at ordering our bikes direct from the manufacturer and having them shipped. I couldn’t find any local or good on-line discounts. I called Crazy Lenny’s. Lenny actually picked up the phone. I explained what I was looking for. Lenny gave me a price that I know couldn’t be beat. Crazy Lenny’s shipped the bikes to me using Dayton Freight, (another great experience). Everything went smooth. Bikes arrived 5 days later. They were packed very well! Setup was easy! USI bought an ebike from Crazy Lennys I bought an ebike from Crazy Lennys, then a few days later another for my wife, a few months after that.. an E mountain bike. It has been an amazing and fun experience, commuting to work, biking trails, going on trails and shopping and just basically getting fresh air and exercise. I'm 62, 225 lbs and these bikes bring back the joy of biking like when i was 12. Lennys has done some minor bike repairs and made a custom hitche for my dog trailer, always good prices and they listen to what I need. The selection is good and having a huge e-bike retailer nearby is a great asset.
