BERidiculous claims about battery range RS A08 Customer service 0/10!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!!! Waiting for almost 2 months to have a solution! They claim on their website that the bike have a range of at least 105 km under pass mode. That is 3 times more then what I can achieve, only 35km with tire pression of 2 bar and almost flat terrain. This is realy scamming people! The company is a flop!

BGDisappointing experience. Ordered a bike, got delivered to the wrong address. Despite repeatedly asking them to correct it, they didn´t do anything, saying "it's DHL's fault, we did what we could". The product got returned back by DHL to the sender, and it took me almost a month to get a refund. First they had to make sure the bike is actually back to the warehouse (despite DHL explicitly telling them so), then there was some sort of Chinese 4 day festival, then the warehouse was on holiday, and after a huge amount of back & forth on Whatsapp, they finally made the refund.
