USCustomer for life I was looking at a motorcycle online that was at another location of there’s. They shipped it to the store I was doing business with. The staff stayed later in the evening until I was able to arrive after work. When we arrived I saw the bike and instantly knew I wanted it. My wife on the other hand was not too thrilled. We talked it over and decided to get the bike and utilize their 7 day return policy if the bike wasn’t a good fit. I wasn’t able to ride it home so they delivered it to my house the next day at noon. Once I got off work I rode around and took the wife for a ride. We ended up keeping the bike and have enjoyed it for the past month since we purchased it. The bike is in great shape, low miles, had one owner that took care of it. I am thankful for their business and for going beyond excellent customer service. I will be a repeat customer.

USSUCKS They’re eager to sell you a car that has “no problems” but when something messes up with your car that’s under a warranty they’re total b*****s about it!!!!!!! The only reason this place has good reviews is because they remove ALL the shi**y reviews they get! KCUF this place!!!

USThankful for Emily The fact that I thought I wouldn't be approved because of my credit situation had me discouraged about going in and trying. I had been in communication with Emily for weeks and she was very understanding, knowledgeable, and very encouraging. Went in to talk with her and she done everything she could to help me. USAfter my purchase I became aware of… After my purchase I became aware of some issues with my 2014 Nissan. Sam sent me to a local mechanic who fixed those plus he found a leaking water pump which was replaced. I am very pleased with my experience with easy auto in Cleveland.
