I had a very pleasant experience with all involved, everyone was very courteous and professional. I especially liked John' the young man who actually picked up the car, it was as if he had a sixth sense, an honed right in straight to the car, without specific directions. Definitely recommend Every step from online estimate to actual pick up was smooth and easy, you sign the title- you get the check (once approved.) I got exactly what I was quoted online, and the check cleared immediately. I also liked that the title was given back to me until approval came through. Maria reached out just after 7am and was great at communicating. Giving them 4 stars only because pick up window was scheduled between 7-11am and the driver arrived close to 12, he was also a little too eager to tell me how I could do better next time, a lesson I did not need repeated 5 times, I was already in distraught saying goodbye to my car.

They were terrific They were terrific, I was helping my son with his old vehicle, so I really didn't know all the particulars. I input the vin#, they first offered me a lower amount, then when I put in Vin, the price went up - not by much, but to us it was a win.

Fair and easy process This was a fair and easy process from beginning to end. We had a disabled vehicle that still ran but was too expensive to fix, the quote we received was better than simply scraping the car. The tow driver communicated and arrived on schedule, once onsite the driver had some verification step they needed to complete but once everything checked out he handed me a check for the quoted price. Make sure you follow the prep steps before the meet up. This was a great experience, I had two friends use Peddle at my recommendation and they were taken care of as well.
