Good experience Overall, it is an easy process. It is legitimate! I filled out the online questionnaire and someone immediately responded with a quote over the phone. You have to overnight your title to the company and then they pick up the vehicle. Payment was issued after they received the title. I chose the option to bank transfer so it took a few days to process. My process with getting the vehicle picked up was a bit of a hassle due to the people they contracted to pick up my car having their own issues. Communication was mostly fast (over text) but other times slow. And you’re not always texting the same person even though it’s the same number. However, once the car was finally picked up, I would say overall the experience was good.

Great personnel experience 1st. of all i had been recommended on social media when i posted asking for help. Mr. Omar Garcia called me and was very proffessional and explained everything very well, made my 1st experience selling my truck online went smooth as could be and all the questions i had about doing this transaction, Mr. Garcia answered them all very well, i definitly will use CarVio again in the near future.

Got an honest and fair price for my… Got an honest and fair price for my car. I called and spoke to many other companies and salvage yards and they low balled me every time. Dealing with your company was easy and the person I was dealing with was helpful and considerate. Nobody likes to have to junk their car when it’s totalled and the driver that hit you was considered “not at fault” so their insurance wouldn’t make me whole. The car was towed from my driveway and I was given a check right on the spot. I’m grateful for the professionalism and ease of dealing with this unfortunate event.

All around good experience I had great communication with the employee taking my information so my old hooptie could be picked up super fast. The communication was prompt and clear. The tow truck driver came the next day and did what another company claimed they couldn’t and towed my car out of the garage in 5 minutes flat. I signed the title over and got my check. I’ve already recommended to other people. Will use CarVio again in future if need be!
