CheapCarFax Received the CarFax reports I ordered online. Shortly after, my card was compromised and over 20 charges from various countries were trying to be charged. This caused me to believe that it was CheapCarFax that leaked my card info. Since then I have received numerous emails from the company through TrustPilot stating literature such as: (We only accept payments using PayPal and Stripe. Your card information is never directly shared with us, we do not know you card information at all. Our website is fully secure. So your card being stolen cannot possibly have anything to do with your order with us.) If such is the case then it was coincidental that the card info was previously stolen and attempted use of the card occurred at the time it did.

I got what I was looking for but the… I got what I was looking for but the method could be simplified by just sending the document to the email that I used. That’s how I’ve seen other services do it. The fact that you have to include a YouTube video showing how to retrieve the document should tell you that it’s to complicated.

Good little operation Good little operation they got going. You can pay with PayPal for the added security and rest assured that you'll get access to a very low priced authentic Carfax. I recently bought a used car and having access to a cheap Carfax helped me shop with slightly more confidence. And at this price I wasn't hesitant to order more than one report. I would note that some people complain about not receiving their report. I'm certain if you just follow the instructions *carefully* you will get your report. If you have any issues the costumer service is very responsive.

Awesome Value The process is a bit convoluted and bulk purchasing is not working, but worth the struggle. Expensive report for way less money. It’s the first time I’m actually getting reports on cars I’m interested in instead of going all in.
