Customer service was always available Customer service was always available. My vehicle was a few days late due to truck breakdown issues, but I was kept informed and partially refunded for the inconvenience. Made it in perfect condition from NY to CA. They were honest and good communication.

Seriously, arrived so quickly I was completely shocked. Also my car had no damage which was surprising considering it traveled from NYC to Denver, Colorado. Would use Sanway again if I had to! Responsive and accommodating Alex was very responsive and answered all of my questions throughout the process! He quoted a fair price and stuck with it. There were some unique circumstances that we had to navigate with the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. Alex helped me to brainstorm options that could make the car pick-up/delivery work best for us and was able to accommodate our specific needs. I will definitely reach out to Sanway Auto Transport again if I have any future car transportation needs!
