There was a 3 hours delay on getting the vehicle but that’s understandable since they make frequent stops for pickups and I was informed. The original deal and price was cancelled by the driver which did caused some stress but Tyler figured it out and solve it quickly. In general great communication and service. The vehicle was transported from Florida to Massachusetts without further issues. Unfortunately the application use to get a quote can be seen by all carriers. It caused a lot of calls, emails and text messages. While competition can be good once I set a deal calls, text, emails are still coming my way. The system should be updated to avoid further contact. Lastly dealing online and not knowing who’s at the other end of the conversation can be stressful. Some companies called me and said that my company of choice was a scam and were located overseas etc. This was definitely unwelcome and unnecessary. They tried hard to earn my business by using false information. I hope it helps. I do recommend Sonic Auto Transportation.
