Terrible Experience, Very Stressful, I Paid, and yet I did All the Work! Terrible experience. You get what you pay for here. Wouldn't use this broker if you care about your property. It was also one of the most stressful experiences of my life. My agent Peter Brown had no idea what my transport driver was doing, when he was doing them. Continuous misinformation, broken promises, caused me to lose 2+ days of work/income and acted like a little child the entire time. There's better options out there as far as auto transport brokers, otherwise I recommend making a craigslist ad or locally browsing for private people with car haulers. You'll thank me later, I do not believe half these reviews that are on here to be legitimate. In addition, I would like to note that this company employees criminal sex offenders from Pakistan, such as Mr. Peter himself. Stay far Far Away.

Amazing Customer Service! Amazing customer service from Mr. Bean Brown and driver Jorge. My vehicles were both delivered on the same transport and within days … from Riverside, CA to Chicago, IL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Best Way Transport … price was great and timeline for delivery was insanely impressive. Note: one car was newer 2022 and the other a classic 1965 - both arrived in great condition - no issues!

Trailer Transport Had a 14-foot trailer delivered from Southern California to Northern California. Best Way was so accommodating and flexible, even when we had to push back the pickup date because of builder delays. Peter Brown was very communicative and friendly. And the driver RJ went above and beyond to get the trailer to me in a timely manner and to get it set up. They quoted a price and stuck to it through the whole process, no hidden fees. I was nervous about this transport, but I was very grateful to have found Best Way. Couldn't have been more pleased!
