None stop trouble We were shown a bus that was being redone at the time of our visit. It was talked up as the best bus in our price range and indeed looked great. We were told it would be thoroughly inspected and checked and verified that all was operational. Upon receipt the outside passenger door lock and opening mechanism did not work. When mentioned we were sent a new motor assembly for the door to try to install ourselves. Within the third short distance use, the check engine light came on and the motor is running with a miss in its timing....awaiting a mechanic to review. When running the air conditioner it drips water from the condenser down onto the passengers sitting in the back row. We paid a higher value to get the vehicle with under 40K miles and was being completely gone through and it has been nothing but troubles since we got it.

Working with Bryan was great Working with Bryan was great, he made every step of the way smooth, from picking out a bus, touring the facility all the way down to purchasing. I'd recommend Tesco and Bryan to anyone that's even thinking of purchasing a bus. I know that Tesco will be the place that we purchase our next bus from.

Outstanding Service and Quality Products TESCO Bus provides outstanding customer service that is second to none. As a company who cares, they share in our mission and take pride in offering adequate transportation to persons with disabilities. I know that when I am working with TESCO, I can count on a quality product from an honest business.

You'll be glad you shopped at Tesco. We have bought five vans or buses from Tesco. They have all been great. The buying experience is wonderful because the people there care about giving excellent service and meeting the customer's needs. I could not recommend them more highly.
