BETTER THAN REGULAR DEALERSHI*S EXPERIENCE! Great customer service overall, however there were a few Hiccups. They are quick to respond via text and will answer any questions to make things easier for you to understand. I'm giving 4 starts because there was lack of communication and team work. I dealt with 3 individuals from VIP Halida(Unknown), Michael(Sales Representative), and Nick(Car delivery driver). They all were super nice and helpful. There was some misinformation involved, but we were still able to make a good deal for Nissan Pathfinder 2022 SV. Definitely better experience as compared to going to any dealership! You don't need to spend 3 hours haggling. You'll get the same deal in 3 minutes with VIP Auto.

Halida is the Best I had the pleasure of leasing my first vehicle and I must say it was probably the easiest thing I ever did. Most of the credit goes to Halida! Hello! Are you still in business? Please respond. This is one of the most uncommunicative company to deal with. I wanted to lease a new vehicle that was advertised on its web site. I provided all the relevant contact info twice within the last two days ( name , phone number, email address) to speak to a salesperson for details on the lease. I never got a response from any one. I just provided the info for a third time (day 3). Is it still in business?
