GBDidn’t purchase coverage but sales agent was top notch Although I ultimately decided not to purchase coverage, Kai was kind, helpful and took the time to explain multiple options and coverages they offer. I can’t comment on actual coverage but the onboarding process and claims process as explained appear to be easily navigated.

GBI had an I had an unfortunate incident where I had to return the car to the dealership. Lance helped me cancel my plan and refunded me immediately. I’ll be back for my second car that’s for sure

GBGreat customer service The salesman treated me really well he wasn’t too pushy he worked with me as much as he could to get my policy where it needs to be. As far as the company itself it was exactly what I was looking for I was a bit concerned about the initial 750 mile requirement before the policy kicks in but it makes sense I hope I never have to use it but I’m really glad I have it thanks sos it’s a pleasure
