Dishonest Company I was clear on the phone that the van was missing the catalytic converter. They told me that would not be a problem. They are more concerned with the transmission/engine and that my offer would still be $440. They arrived this morning, hooked up the van, paid me, took my title & then came back to my door to tell me my offer is only $300 because it was missing the catalytic converter. DO NOT believe anything they tell you on the phone!!! I was up front they were not. I did not sell them my van.

Not so great 🛑 Okay the thing that went wrong this time is that I got an online quote from you guys you guys gave me one offer 20 minutes later you call me on the phone and give me an offer for $65 less so then I take the offer and then schedule a pickup get the tow truck driver here and he offers me another 50 bucks less for my car or else he wasn't going to take it because he said he was losing money there's no way that you're losing money on a car that had all the pieces to it an engine a transmission and a catalytic converter and all that there's no way that you're going to take that to the scrap yard and only get that little bit of money there's no way in hell
