The personnel I dealt with were… The personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable and very courteous. The car was as described and functions exactly as needed. Whenever I had a problem I was never told tomorrow or not my job. The problem was handled and it was taken to the top of need be, and I received the same great service. Little more than a "drop shipper"... Look, all this company does is nothing more than a "drop shipper." Their "inventory" is just taken from assorted dealers. They then take the dealer's original price and tack on a $1,000 plus additional "fees" for such things as "checking" out the car before delivery. Save yourself a LOT of money by simply googling the vin shown on the ebay listing or on their website and find the original dealer. I don't see how they'll stay in business once consumers realize what they're doing.
