Over the course of two phone calls, Justin spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, sharing his knowledge, giving me his expert advice and guiding me through the process of making a DV claim (and presenting it in Small Claims Court), even though he knew from the outset that I wouldn't be buying an Appraisal from him. Love this company. You are next the Amazon for diminished value claims! I had contacted Petty Details LLC regarding diminished value claim. After submitting the information on the website I had got call from them the same day. I was surprised that they recommended me to file claim myself first without involving them.
