Your company will be penalized like Mine was for their lack of work. There whole company literally has no idea what they are doing there management team is horrible there dispatchers will have your company running the cheapest loads. Very disappointing I was hired by them in new offices in Colombia after a tedious recruiting process and then a two months long training for they to terminate me under probation period for no reason. After they made us think we were in the right place and doing everything okay, just a mistake made that was actually them fault, they decided to fire me instead of accepting they were wrong. A very disappointing story for what the CEO swear to us was going to be a life-changing career.
