GBNew Jeeps always have safety issues New Jeeps always have safety issues. Never the right kind of rental available. Usually, more miniature compasses with tire pressure issues are available. Scheduling is hit or miss—service part delays due to strikes. Dangerous recalls on the new model Jeep Cherokees (which they should fix before they sell): the service department had to keep my 2023 Jeep for almost a month, waiting for the recoiling part. I only went in for an oil change, and due to inspection failure, they needed to keep my Jeep. Go somewhere else. I regret my purchases here, over 150K, to be treated like a criminal for their negligence and unsafe manufacturing. Suppose you leave a bad review; they refuse to service you even if you paid for their service packages, claiming this is legal. And it's their recalls being fixed. What a lousy company. The staff people are friendly and trying to help. It's the closest to where I live, and I'm nice to the people in person. I bought three cars here and then refused to be served over a survey that lowered their bonus somehow. Like I said, pick a different Harr! Thanks for the help, SHAY. Thanks for refusing me, Christian. Sorry, Brian and the others are nice there. It's the Jeeps themselves that look amazing but have all types of problems, and you are all backed up with this mess; no wonder there are strikes. When I called Jeep in Texas, they said they send one part per dealership a month due to an actual strike. Your staff deserve better. Not knowing a survey would affect the friendly people as much as it allegedly did. But this was my real experience. I even offered to take my review down to get my emergency tires replaced. The manager said, "No, you are done here." What will Shay think when he realizes you have had this option? Regardless, I've contacted the local news because the people have a right to know what happens and about the delays it takes due to the recalls. I'll have to go to a different dealership now, but it's worth it. I still regret the purchases here. I remember the Harr staff crashed my Wagoneer before I took it home in February 2023, and after weeks with a rental, I insisted on trading it back in and buying a different Jeep. I had it switched for a Cherokee with much difficulty. That happened this March 2023 also. They cost themselves the business loss since their Jeeps have had dangerous recalls. It's your strikes and bad parts. Treat the employees better; they lost their bonuses due to your hazardous recalls, not due to surveys. Be cautious with your reviews. You'll get banned and kicked out with a flat tire. Be careful being pregnant or female there. Don't go alone and don't jump on the first nice car you see. Learn about the parts. Not worth it for the time fixing it for the high prices. 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, brand new, right away. The battery died from sitting in the lot for quite a while. I went in and asked for a new one. They tried to charge it first, but it caught fire. So then then replaced it. The van only had front-wheel drive, and with one inch of snowfall, the van was useless, and I could not drive even out of my parking lot. Not good in winter. The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica also needed new batteries prematurely, and it has had multiple electrical issues where the battery would die. GBGreat place to buy a vehicle Great place to buy a vehicle. Personalized service. Professional and knowledgeable salesman and great prices. I would highly recommend Kelly jeep and especially Doug Marinos my salesman. He made the process easy and stress free. The manager was great too! The service department readily fixed one small thing I noticed on the vehicle (small scrape) for free. Great salesman and great teamwork.
