GBBAIT & SWITCH On March 14, I signed an agreement with SGT to ship my car from AZ to CO. The pick up window was May 1-3. I also paid the additional $75 to be on the upper level. On April 30, SGT advised that my car could be picked up on May 1.... but it would cost an additional $130!! What's the point of a written agreement if the driver can change the price at the last minute???? Despite asking several times for an explanation, I was only told this was the price the driver was charging & it was "high season." But SGT knew it was "high season" when I first contacted them. I canceled the transport. SGT then called back to negotiate with me, by offering to ship my car for the full price but the car would be on the lower level instead of the upper level which I had paid for. THIS IS BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBSGT Does not care with Problems We have signedup with SGT after checking the reviews. They agreed to transport our two cars from Seattle to Florida. The cars were supposed to be transported in one week but it took two weeks. On arrival, both cars have damages in rear and on the top. It was dark when the cars delivered, and cars were very dirty. The bumper of the car was dislocated. The delivery driver noted the problem and try to push the bumper console in place. It appeared someone rear ended these cars while parked somewhere. Driver offered $300 for both cars saying that it was a very minor damage. On inspection after a day, we found several paint damages to both cars requiring a significant $1500 repairs. We reached SGT and they contacted the Westcoast Auto which was actually the transporter. Westcoast Insurance processed the claim but refused to pay as there was $5000 deductible for that insurance. SGT does not take responsibility though they took$400 commission out of the $2500 transportation cost. SGT does not help when something goes wrong and Westcoast Auto which transported does not respond either saying that we need to contact SGT. GBMultiple deliveries, Always good service! I've had two shipments with SGT so far and both have been flawless. The staff, drivers were all communicative and friendly and the vehicles were delivered within the specified time without incident. Highly recommended!
