BAIT & SWITCH On March 14, I signed an agreement with SGT to ship my car from AZ to CO. The pick up window was May 1-3. I also paid the additional $75 to be on the upper level. On April 30, SGT advised that my car could be picked up on May 1.... but it would cost an additional $130!! What's the point of a written agreement if the driver can change the price at the last minute???? Despite asking several times for an explanation, I was only told this was the price the driver was charging & it was "high season." But SGT knew it was "high season" when I first contacted them. I canceled the transport. SGT then called back to negotiate with me, by offering to ship my car for the full price but the car would be on the lower level instead of the upper level which I had paid for. THIS IS BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery of my 2009 bmw 335i was done… Delivery of my 2009 bmw 335i was done safely before my expected date which was wonderful! Cars came as expected with the only tiny complaint being a couple crumbs on the floor from moving the vehicle but that's expected.

This was my first time ever shipping a… This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle and I must say it was a good experience. SGT communicated with me every step of the way I like that. The driver communicated on how long it would take him to drop off my vehicle. I would recommend SGT to anyone who needs to transport their vehicles.
