This company charges double to do what… This company charges double to do what you can do yourself through your states DMV site, at least in NY. I found out in minutes and went to New York State DMV site to do it myself(and it was easier). Since they could no longer provide the registration service ( done my me), they had to issue a refund. We'll see if it comes thru.

My experience was much the same as… My experience was much the same as everyone else that left negative reviews. I thought it was for Florida directly but alas, it was not. Took money before the process was even complete. After asking for information multiple times and trying to upload and get them that information, it would not work. They suggested it was my browser but I tried on multiple devices and nothing worked. So after canceling the order because they could not provide the services I needed, they charged $103 for a service fee and only refunded $10. What a crock, DO NOT use them.

I received texts on next steps and was notified when the document shipped. The price was reasonable, and was well worth the convenience the company provided. Expect the entire process, from inputting information to receiving the document, to take about five business days. Will definitely use them again.
