GBService with excellence and integrity Rydology has exceeded my expectations at every turn.What stood out about this company is their desire to address the needs of the average individual who is just seeking technical advice or the buyer customer with the SAME DEGREE OF INTEREST and PASSION a fact I can attest to having dealt with the company on both levels which in my estimation shows they genuinely care about the scooter brands and products they sell and most importantly about the customers who purchase them.I came across this company while browsing the internet and reached out to them last year on the spur of the moment when I was having a few issues with my scooter that I bought from another supplier.Eric replied to my email and the instant I communicated with him I knew I was in the hands of a dedicated,capable,sincere professional.It was very difficult getting help from my original supplier and Eric understanding my dilemma filled that void admirably.After explaining in detail the technical issues encountered and giving my diagnosis,he researched and obtained the necessary guidance to confirm that the items I needed would rectify the problems before selling me the parts. In my opinion,this is a hallmark of an ethical company that is in the business to meet the ACTUAL NEEDS of customers without taking advantage of a situation. In my dealings with Rydology I have nothing but high praises for this company because Eric and his team are truly devoted to their business model and the passion they exude for scooters is tangible and the willingness to help customers is not limited to those who have bought scooters directly from them but they definitely go above and beyond to help scooterists in distress who had no previous affiliation with their company. Rydology is a relatively young company and the short space of time this business has been in the industry,they have built a sterling reputation and the positive comments and accolades on various platforms bear testament to this fact. The company in my opinion really stands out as the industry's standard and clearly excels in the area of dedicated customer service and the ALL IMPORTANT AFTER SALES SUPPORT SERVICE which some companies do not adequately provide. These are really GOOD GUYS and true scooter enthusiasts living their passion and providing an invaluable service to the scooter community with the utmost integrity. I will definitely continue to lend my support to Eric,Brent,and the rest of their team at Rydology and I encourage others to do the same whether you are looking to buy a specific brand in their inventory or replacement parts for your PEV.

GBNanrobot D4+ v3 via Rydology My Nanrobot D4+ v3 electric scooter arrived in excellent condition, and took about a week (Cali to Mass) via FedEx Ground signature. I used Katapult to help spread out the payments ($1399) and after about 8 months now of ownership, My experience with Rydology and with the scooter itself has been great. I will buy from them again for sure.

GBBad scooter corrupt and crooked dealers reviews are a bunch of crap they… These reviews are a bunch of crap they are bad customer service they do not get in contact with you when they should they leave you hanging for weeks it took them weeks to email me back about the broken scooter they sold me I told him the issue from day one the minute I rode the school to not even 10 minutes they lied to me and told me to use this situation this tool to do this and to fix this they made me touch this scooter and when they take it back is what 8 months prior to when I got it they also did false advertisement this is a b******* company it is real janky

GBpurchased my Vsett about 2 years ago purchased my Vsett about 2 years ago. I have put many trouble free miles on it. The only issue I have ever had did not relate to Rydolgy what so ever. My issue was with the shipping company. My unit arrived in a beat down box and i watched the driver toss my scooter out of the back of his truck. There was some damage to my scooter to which Rydology had repaired on their dime at local repair facility with in a few days of receiving it, no questions asked. I would absolutely purchase from rydology again in the future.
