Basically a scam Basically a scam. Ordered a keychain and they give you a third class (fake) tracking Website. Which doesn't know what it's doing. And they barely reply to emails and when the product is not delivered on time they pretend to solving the issue but in reality they are just extending the timeline to the point where you give up. I have all the receipt and emails

James promised to send out the correct one right away and keep the wrong one because it was their mistake. The quality of the product is great! The customer service is great!
