Didn’t fix the problem I have ordered multiple sets of fairings in the past. This time they accidentally sent me the wrong model year fairings. Instead of wanting to fix the problem they just sent me my money back and told me they no longer want my business. STAY AWAY/ CANT CANEL ORDER STAY AWAY. In an attempt to see shipping cost, the order automatically completed and charged me 673 dollars for fairings! I did not mean to place this order and I have attempted to contact them for 5 days straight now to no avail! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I AM BEING IGNORED. I am disputing through PayPal and am willing to take legal action if necessary, I do not want to be screwed out of the money for fairings I didn’t intend to order! Try a different company. not worth it I run a small motorcycle repair shop and Summit fairings came highly recommened. I disagree. Shipping time was 6-10 weeks and it took 14 weeks to arrive. Customer service took multiple phone calls and emails to get a response about where my order was. Once arrived the quality was subpar for even Chinese fairings. Maybe not the worst I've seen but not good. Wont use them again

7/10 Feedback was fairly good. Person I was in contact with was very nice and would reply in a timely manor. Downside was when it arrived. Aftermarket parts so obviously not OEM quality but there were holes that didn’t line up, plastic didn’t sit flush, and the paint was very easy to flake off. Most chipped off first time putting the plastics together. Could’ve been better quality.
