GBBUYER BEWARE - Your Order May Get Stuck In China I ordered the front batwing fairing that I knew had a lead time of 4-6 weeks for them to make and ship. After tree weeks I received he shipping notification and was excited. Only to learn it was being shipped from China, no big deal as long as it was quality right? After another three weeks of the tracking information sitting in the same status I reached out to them. It was not until I went to social media that I got an actual response, very rude and not very helpful. Honestly it looked like a scam, and after finally waiting an extended period of time and after submitting a negative review I was string armed by a barrage of emails demanding I remove the negative social media post. I did not so they "canceled" me.. All I can say is you would be better off going through Hogworks where its made in America and you wont have your shipment sitting on a dock somewhere stuck in China. Customer service is not helpful, abusive, and threatening. Would not recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

GBPretty much same thing as others Pretty much same thing that happened with Jamie and Steve is happening to me. Ordered it and said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. Well over a month later it says it shipped!! Then the DAY BEFORE it was supposed to arrive, I get an email saying that it was damaged during production, and they have to make another!! Wait how was it damaged in production when it is suppose to arrive the next day! So they didn't ship it, they lied about it, and then give me a measly 20% refund. Now the customer service people seem pleasant enough and they have offered some small discount. I would have been annoyed if they told me the truth that it was damaged and delayed but they lied about it being shipped and that it wasn't is what I am mad about!! They tried to give me free saddlebag liners but I told them I don't need them, I offered to buy a seat, BUY A SEAT!! they offered a stupid 10% off! REALLY 10% thats it?!!!

GBAdvanblack restocking fee Purchased Advanblack hand guards. The product did not fit. Not only did I pay the reshipment cost, Advanblack charged a 20% restocking fee. Their customer service is hardly responsive. Will not buy from them again.

GBColor was spot on Color was spot on, and tour pack was received in less than a week. Harley didn't offer the tour pack in Stone Washed White Pearl. I would have to order an unfinished tour pack, the paint, and then have it painted. Saved several hundred dollars ordering it from Advanblack. I am looking at other parts to do a little more customization and Advanblack will be my go to site.

GBGreat Bags, Great price! I wanted to upgrade my Saddlebags to the Rushmore style bags on my 2009 Road Glide. I checked Harley standard bags. Very high cost, even for standard bags. I had already purchased the Advanblack lowers. I am very pleased with their quality and cost. So I purchased the complete CVO Saddlebags. They came already assembled. Advanblack also included the mounting hardware at no additional cost. The Vivid Black color is very good. I saved hundreds of dollars. If you’re looking for new Saddlebags, you can’t go wrong with Advanblack.
