Fast shipping good customer service. I usually don't write reviews but I am only because I am very satisfied with Power Dirt Bikes. I bought an Apollo X18 dirt bike for my son for his birthday which I used their layaway program. Not only did they work with me but I received it very fast after is was payed off.

Nobody answer the phone - all the time answering machine , never got back by email , nobody answer on Facebook messenger . What kind of business ???? Stay away from them ! Now I want the refund !

This is not how a legitimate business organization operates!! Ordered two ATVs more than a month ago and still have not received them. After inquiring about the order they told me they are getting them ready for shipping and changed the status to shipped but did not provide a tracking number or any other details. Now they are not answering their phone and the voicemail is full too. This is not how a legitimate business organization operates!!!

Fast Shipping!!! Bought a Grom clone from them 11/7 and received it 11/8 somehow.. I called and asked them how did it get to me so fast and they said because their warehouse was only 4 hours from me. Either way I am still impressed. I couldn't find anywhere else to write a review so I put it on here.

It has been over a month and I've not… It has been over a month and I've not received product. Only one person runs the business (Heather) and she very seldom answers the phone or texts back. Nothing but excuses. I don't believe this company is a legitimate business.
