I noticed the yoke assembly had cracked… I noticed the yoke assembly had cracked welds and contacted ProPride. A replacement yoke was shipped the same day and received within two days. Very prompt service!

Tow chain extension review I I strongly believe that the tow chain extensions should have been included with the hitch. Your response to other comments like this one was that you wanted to give people an option. My response is what if someone purchases chain extensions that fail. You market on the safety of your hitch. Remember the old adage of the “weakest link”.
