GBAll materials I ordered were delivered… All materials I ordered were delivered as promised and my first ride towing my 1976 Airstream was amazing! No swaying and easy and simple to hook up and unhook! Exactly as described!

GBWell done Pro Pride In short, Holy Cow is this thing awesome! I received a product that was well packaged, obviously manufactured with high quality standards, and very thorough printed and video instructions. From the initial opening of the package to the first hitch-up, I was impressed. For the first tow, I purposely waited for a windy gusty day and that day was yesterday in Boise. First drive did not disappoint. Truck and trailer handled as a single unit going down the highway despite all the wind gusts. I still need to head to the scales to dial in the weight distribution, but so far this thing has alleviated my previous anxiety while towing. '08 F250 loaded to near-payload capacity & Ibex 20BHS.

GBI noticed the yoke assembly had cracked… I noticed the yoke assembly had cracked welds and contacted ProPride. A replacement yoke was shipped the same day and received within two days. Very prompt service!

GBNewbee at Pulling a Trailer We traded in out Class B RV for a travel trailer despite my anxiousness about pulling a trailer. I didn't know which hitch to get, so I watched a Youtube video review of 11 trailer hitches and ProPride was rated the best. After watching your video and several installation videos, I became convinced it was the best choice. I had no idea there was so much to learn. Working with Brent through the selection/buying process was a pleasure. He is a true professional. I received the hitch and installed it myself (I'm 70 years old and somewhat handy}. It was not difficult, but a couple of modifications did have to be made. We are making our inaugural trip soon and have high expectations.

GBTow chain extension review I I strongly believe that the tow chain extensions should have been included with the hitch. Your response to other comments like this one was that you wanted to give people an option. My response is what if someone purchases chain extensions that fail. You market on the safety of your hitch. Remember the old adage of the “weakest link”.
