Incopetent deliver man The delivery was fast but the deliveryman (DHL) did not come to my home to deliver the package. I stayed at home all the day waiting him to come. he directly dropped off the package at a relay point, this is unacceptable.

No response to contact I've been trying to contact you regarding a defective part and I'm being ghosted In answer to your response. I've checked my junk folder and my online SPAM filter and there was nothing there. I've added orangeparts.com to my trusted domains so any email that you send should come through. As for a failure in the truck, our old panel had a busted glass and temperature gauge. The oil pressure gauge was, and still is, working on the old panel but will not work with the new panel. Please advise on shipping the defective part to you and provide shipping documents.
