This was easy… It was very first time I have come across such service… Abid, who came to collect my car was very professional. Introduced himself presenting his company ID card, explained how the service works took me trough the process and waited until the money for the car show up on my account only then he drove off.

Excellent service Excellent service This was our 1st experience selling a car with Motorway and I must say the process was smooth from start to finish. Abid the driver came to pick up our car . He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away. He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. What an absolute joke of a company What an absolute joke of a company. They cancelled the collection of my car 2 hours into the 4 hour window and moved it to 3 days later, meaning I had to take out temporary car insurance for 3 days and take another day off work. They have refused to cover the cost of the insurance, but are very sorry!!!! Sorry doesn't pay the £50 insurance bill I'm now saddled with.
