He was a lovely friendly man who is very professional , he contacted us the morning he was picking up the car and arrived on time with no delay , and text us when he was minutes away. He did a thorough inspection and test drive and explained the whole process what would happen. He was very knowledgeable and even rang us the following day to inform us he had delivered the vehicle to the buyer. Absolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. They said they would collect my car which I sold on Motorway, only to not turn up on the day and which I had called that morning to confirm collection. They did not call to let me know they were not coming, nor did they call to rearrange. I have had to do all the chasing and its now over a week and they still have not collected the car!!
